2. User Registration

Account Security
Field Hockey is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your registration or account details. You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your registration.
3. Use of the Facility
Field Hockey grants you access to its training facility for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the facility in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and to follow the instructions of our staff during training sessions and events.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the facility for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Engaging in behavior that disrupts the training environment or harms other participants.
- Sharing false, misleading, or inappropriate content during events or training sessions.
- Engaging in activities that harm Field Hockey, its staff, users, or third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content related to Field Hockey, including but not limited to training materials, event content, logos, and branding, are owned by Field Hockey or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content Usage
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any content from Field Hockey without written permission from us. Any training or event content provided is for personal use only and should not be reproduced for commercial purposes.
5. Payment and Fees
Field Hockey may charge fees for training programs, events, and other services. All payments must be made according to the specified terms. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes associated with the services.
6. Termination
Field Hockey reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the facility or participation in events at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease using the facility and services immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Field Hockey and its staff are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the facility, participate in events, or use any related services.
8. Changes to the Terms
Field Hockey reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through our communication channels. By continuing to use the services, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of India.
